Our products are created in one place and are shipped straight away to your doorstep, which means we’ve already eliminated one trip to an unnecessary warehouse before sending you your purchases.
In this light, we ask you to make a conscious decision when you shop at our online store. We want to minimize the amount of returned items and start a new trend of making conscious decisions that affect our planet positively.

For the return to be successful, please make sure that:
(1) The item is not damaged nor used
(2) Fill in the correct address!
We’ll refund you!
PS: We don’t cover the delivery costs for returning items.
In case your purchase is damaged or something else is wrong, please send us an e-mail with the following:
(1) Subject: Damaged Goods (Order Number: XXXXX)
(2) Describe what’s exactly damaged or wrong
(2) Include the order number in the e-mail as well
(3) Add 1-2 pictures of the damaged good(s)
Once we’ve determined that your goods are indeed damaged, we’ll send you your order again.
Note:
Shortages and damaged textile must be checked immediately upon delivery and reported no later than 5 days after receiving the goods. In case the print is fading within 14 days, you can still file a complaint for that 14 days after the delivery. The fading of the print in the first 14 days is very rare.
